Many times our guests ask us for our recipes (a truly wonderful compliment).  Sometimes they think they are secret, other times too difficult to make at home.  The truth is they are not secret and not hard.  The secret is we always use fresh ingredients and make everything from scratch.  It is always amazing to me how many people don't eat homemade food anymore.  Everything is prepared or partially prepared, or comes from a restaurant.   It's not hard to cook good food, you just have to keep the right ingredients in your house.
