This special will start June 1. Come to this page and there will be a special form in order for you to submit your desired dates, and the price you think you can afford. We will reply within 24 hours if we can accept your bid.

Specific rooms will not be guaranteed until the day of arrival. If your bid is accepted and a reservation is made, it will be non-refundable for any reason.
We ask that if you have not been significantly, adversely affected by the downturn in the economy, that you consider leaving this special available to those who have been.
We will consider bids based on availability at the time you have requested and historical demands as well as current forecasts. Basically this means don't bid $99 a night for a room on a Saturday in August.
