The Carisbrooke Inn, in conjunction with The Ventnor Cultural Art Center will be bringing Evenings of Art to the Jersey Shore. Evenings of Art is intended to give those interested in the arts an opportunity to see original artwork up close and to meet the artists who create these wonderful additions to our social fabric. The Evenings of Art will be held in the 100 year old historic Carisbrooke Inn bed and breakfast and will give locals and visitors a wonderful and provocative evening out.
The Evenings of Art will be held on the second (2nd) Wednesday of every month from 5:00Pm to 7:00 PM throughout The Carisbrooke Inn. We will feature one or two local artists each month, giving them an opportunity to display their work as well as talk about themselves and there art. This will also be an excellent opportunity for the public to meet local artists, and those in the art community. You will have a great chance to hear first hand what the artists think about their work and their respective styles.
The Evenings of Art are free of charge to the public. We will be featuring a local charity each month and ask that you consider making a donation at the door. A portion of any art sales will also be donated to the charity.
Along with the great opportunity to see original artwork firsthand, we will be providing light refreshments for your enjoyment.
