- Atlantic City Restaurant Week, February 28-March 6, Atlantic City, NJ, www.acrestaurantweek.com. Atlantic City offers up a second helping of Restaurant Week with more than 60 fine restaurants from throughout Atlantic County signed on to offer value-packed lunches and dinners. Throughout the week, participating restaurants will offer special menu selections priced at $15.10 per person for lunch and $33.10 per person for dinner. Full details are now online including each restaurant’s participation schedule, menus, biographies of the chefs and reservation information. Restaurants that are members of the Open Table online reservation system will also have that feature available through the Web site.

o NJSIAA New Jersey State High School Wrestling Championships take place Friday-Sunday, March 5-7. The tournament is the highlight of the year for the sport of wrestling and is open to all New Jersey high schools. Competition begins March 5 at 5 p.m. for preliminaries and pre-quarter finals. Quarter-finals and wrestle-backs I and II are March 6 at 10 a.m. Following the morning session, Boardwalk Hall will clear the facility and re-open doors at 4 p.m. for the 5 p.m. evening session of the semi-finals and wrestle-backs III and IV. On March 7, competition begins at 10 a.m. for consolations, followed by the finals and awards ceremony at 2 p.m. Doors open one hour prior to each session. Single session reserved tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens (62 and older). For groups of 15 or more, or to purchase reserved all-session tickets, order forms can be found on the NJSIAA website www.njsiaa.org. These reserved combination tickets are $40. o 2010 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship returns Friday-Sunday, March 12-14. The 2010 Championship features a new three day weekend format for games taking place at Boardwalk Hall. Opening round will be played March 9 on campus sites. Participating A-10 schools include: Charlotte, Dayton, Duquesne, Fordham, George Washington, La Salle, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Richmond, St. Bonaventure, Saint Joseph’s, Saint Louis, Temple and Xavier. - March will be celebrated as Women’s Awareness Month featuring world renowned artist Evelyn Favus & Nastassia Davis.

- The Atlantic City Free Public Library will hold a Chinese New Year celebration, featuring entertainment, activities and an informative presentation, on Saturday, February 13, from 1-4 p.m. No registration is required, and all programs are free.
- Traditional Music and Dance Program; Martial Arts Demonstration: The Greater Philadelphia Minghui School Dance Team will perform from 1-2:15 p.m. Founded in July 2007, the Dance Team has performed extensively throughout the region. Also, the Zhao Changjun Kung Fu Institute of Moorestown will perform a martial arts demonstration. Changjun was a highly decorated Kung Fu master and teacher in his native China. The Peking Opera will perform songs, dances and martial arts-like movements. The group will wear authentic Chinese costumes, along with distinctive make-up as it relates to the performance.
- Hands-on activities will take place from 1-4 p.m. The library will also offer a variety of activities. Attendees can try Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting and brush painting. All supplies will be provided.
- Chinese Medicine Lecture with Dr. Jingduan Yang will take place from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Dr. Yang's topic is “Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.” Dr. Yang will introduce the basic principals of traditional Chinese medicine and how people can apply it to their daily lives.
