The 5200 Block of Atlantic Avenue is alive with action

I love Ventnor, and especially my little 5200 beach block. We have a great eclectic set of people and businesses. As my friend Rob says all the time,
it is never dull on your street." We had a great new cafe open up at 5205 Atlantic Ave. called Malelani Cafe. They serve coffees, teas, pastries, panini, and have a unique Mediterranean salad bar. I tried them out last week and was happy to see they were priced reasonably and the food and service was very good. I was also happy to see they are starting an "open mike night" on Saturdays from 7 - 10 PM. It will be a great, different kind of experience for the block. We have everything you could want within walking distance. The beach, three great restaurants with a 4th opening soon (we hope). We have Sage, Yama, and Domenico's, all great places. We have a liquor store convenient to the inn, hair salons, real estate brokers, a new boutique that opened up, a small auto repair shop, and even a law office if one is needed. I almost never have to leave.
