Yes, I do sneak out to the beach from time to time. In fact this past week, I went all day Wednesday. It was the date of the Atlantic City Air show. I think there were more people on the beach and boardwalk that day than I have ever seen. It was a spectacular day on the beach and a perfect day to watch the skies.

The Air Show has been going on now for I believe 6 years. Every year it seems to grow and there are more people. I have been making it an annual day off now for the past two years. My family and friends come down and occupy room 0 and room 1 (the couch in my apartment and the couch in my office). This year they started making plans to convert my little work-out room in my apartment into another place to sleep. I guess they are planning ahead for next year -- as the air show grows so does my company.
Seriously though I love having my family and friends around, so I'm glad I can accommodate them. We do the day up in typical style for us. We bring a bunch of chairs, umbrellas and a small table to the beach for the day. We set up a nice little spread of snacks to pick on during the show and spend the day on the beach talking, eating and watching the show.
I have to say, Ventnor really has beautiful beaches. Every year they seem nicer and nicer. This week as been great. The weather has been perfect.
