On Saturday, August 9,2008 from 11-4pm--rain or shine, we will have free health screenings, sample healthy Carisbrooke Inn recipes, valuable prizes offered with your donation, educational and fun filled activities to enrich your lifestyle. It is all taking place at the Inn. Please come and enjoy.

Personal culinary news about John -- Using a wonderful and quick recipe for pasta dough received from a guest, John made his own raviolion his new ravioli form. The form is from Amy, another dear friend in Ventnor(actually she is the other half of the lox handling team). The ravioli dough was light and tasty and like nothing anyone has ever tasted. We all exclaimed superb and delectable. Perhaps it will become a Happy Hour tradition!!
The lox and bagel Sunday brunch has been a great success and will continue through the summer. Visit us at the Inn and enjoy the ocean breezes on the deck and the always incredible breakfast repast.
